Town Center – Virginia Beach Reviews

We were wowed from the first call to arrange a Meet & Greet. Dogtopia staff were friendly and welcoming. Our rescue pup was new to play places, boarding, indoor group play. He also usually misses his human when he goes to work. Well, Dogtopia staff took time to get to know our pup and carefully screened him so that his transition into the play area appeared seamless. We checked in periodically, as nervous pet parents, and without fail, every time we looked in we saw staff attentive to the dogs in each room, maintaining clean and safe environments, and working to ensure all dogs were having a good time.

I especially appreciated seeing that when dogs needed a quick break from either the play group or the room, that the breaks were generally quick and casual. Staff were attuned to the pups and quickly de-escalated any situations before they could get tense. I felt relaxed just watching it. The facility is bright and inviting, clean, and well-maintained throughout the day. So far we have visited three times but we’ll gladly return knowing our pup is in such great care.

The staff are very friendly and the facility is clean. We also appreciate the live webcam where we can check on our dog throughout the day. We also love the evens held throughout the month!

Everyone is friendly and treat the dogs amazing

Staff was so helpful in getting the boarding of our Ellie for the holiday weekend. They called our “home” Dogtopia for vaccine information and update. They made it so easily! Ellie seemed to have a great time for the holiday just like we did!

We have been taking our dog to this location for a year and couldn’t be happier. It is a huge piece of mind knowing that she is in a safe place and well taken care of while we are at work every day vice leaving her home by herself. Every staff member has been nothing short of awesome and would recommend Dogtopia Virginia Beach to anyone looking for daycare or boarding.

The webcams are great plus we loved getting Jayda’s report card.
