Clean, friendly and attentive to my pet. I brought Butter here because I had chores to attend to that would keep away from home all day. He received the attention and care I would have provided at home and it was always available on the web cam. Very pleased with how my pet was treated.

Very clean facility with nice workers

Friendly and clean.

The facility is great, clean and staff is super friendly. However, maybe the first time a dog goes there the staff could spend a little time with dog to get it acclimated, maybe play with the dog and maybe another dog would join in and they may play together. Our dog was a first timer and she was so nervous and sat alone all the time she was there.

I would definitely recommend taking your dog(s) to the wonderful dog groomers at Dogtopia of Utica! My Husky always comes back with the smoothest, most soft, and amazing smelling hair. I have not seen her itch not once since her most recent spa day here! They cut her nails perfectly, clean her ears, brush her teeth, and make her feel so great because of it. I know I can trust them!

I love all the special activities the staff have for the dogs, and that the staff is specially trained.

My male pup just reached 7 months, and I’m waiting to neuter him– then we will want to return! It’s a great place for your dog to socialize and play!! 🐶❤️❣️
