I liked everything about the service! I was EXTREMELY disheartened standing behind someone picking up his dog hearing that you’ll no longer take dogs for only one daycare day a week.

Please know how important your facility is to people who love their animals enough to try to find a way to afford this unnecessary opportunity. I just started coming and am.sad that with everything else increasing, you will do this to your customer base to force multiple drop offs. Is this accurate? Your morning staff and Assistant Manager are phenomenal and I’ve been excited for this opportunity while I am at work. It was new to us and something I’ve planned on long term. Increasing your prices and forcing multiple days per week will discourage some of your customer base and also affect the well being of the dogs we love. This in turn may cause people to STOP coming and everyone loses. Including your business. Such a bummer!

Staff is great. Always decorated so awesome some and very clean. Lincoln loves it there

The staff is amazing. They really care and love all the doggies. The playrooms are clean and organized and Milo just loves it there, and most of the times he needs a little nudge to get in the in the car to go back home.
If you are looking for great and professional dog care I recommend Dogtopia Utica 100%.
