Very friendly and my dog enjoys himself

Care for the dogs. Friendliness. Facility.

The only one who loves Dogtopia more than me is “Teddy Waffles.” When I say they treat you like family, they call your name when you walk through the door. Outstanding customer service! They are sensitive to pet needs and never low on energy. I know my boy is a handful, but it seems to make them love him even more. Excellent care during the day and through the night. Last but not least, for him, it is like home away from home. Safety is remarkable. I can watch Teddy on camera and see how he is treated and how closely he is monitored. For me, it just doesn’t get better than that. It’s what I call the full package ~ Customer Service ~ Excellent Care ~ and Safety . . . I am delighted to be a part of the Dogtopia family!

I was very impressed with Dogtopia of Norfolk – Ghent from the moment I walked through the doors. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which immediately put me at ease. They took great care of my dogs and even gave me a full tour of the facility during our meet and greet. I really appreciated how they walked me through each room, explained the daily activities, and went over all the services offered, it showed a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

I was also impressed with the meal options and the healthy treats available. The cute photo opportunities with props were also such a fun bonus! What stood out the most, though, was the creativity and effort they put into planning activities for the dogs. It’s clear they truly care, and that means everything when you’re trusting someone with your pets.

I travel often for work and have used various dog daycare facilities, but this has by far been my favorite experience. This is also the only place my dogs are excited to go into and just as reluctant to leave. That alone says it all. We can’t wait to come back!

Dogtopia has been great. I never thought my dog would be able to attend doggy daycare due to her separation anxiety and some reactive behaviors, but she’s done better than I ever thought was possible! She loves going to daycare, and her behaviors have improved immensely. Dogtopia has been an invaluable addition to her routine.

It’s been great bringing my dog in. Everyone is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seems to care, which makes a big difference. I haven’t had a bad experience so far, and I always feel like my dog is in good hands when he’s there.

One thing I really appreciate is how communicative the staff is. They always give me updates when I pick him up, and if they ever notice any concern, like redness in his skin or ears, they let me know right away. Anytime there has been any issue, I’ve been contacted immediately, which gives me a lot of peace of mind and shows how closely they pay attention.

The agility days are definitely a highlight, and I love getting a message when they’re about to start so I can pull up the app and watch if I’m available. It’s also a huge plus that I can check the cameras whenever I want. The spa services are another added bonus and make everything even more convenient. Overall, I feel like my dog is well looked after, closely monitored, and cared for throughout the day, and that level of attention really stands out.

Friendly, efficient and very clean – prices are reasonable compared to other dog service companies. They made my little doxie less stressed by the experience.
