Great service!

This is purely from a marketing/operations standpoint so please do not take this as anything other than “I want to see you WIN”…

Most of the staff are outgoing—a few could use help coming out of their shell. Perhaps some ‘radical customer service training’ would assist in the interpersonal tactics that make people leave telling everyone how fantastic you and your business are. While personality types are unique and not everyone is an extrovert (myself included), more than the animal, the owner needs to feel like a business is part of their lives and they are a part of its success. And there’s a lot of factors that go into that process.

We live in a world where advertising/social media only get a business so far. … it’s when people walk through that door, and walk out, the ‘gut feeling’ they have about a business that makes or breaks it in this world ultimately.

You’re off to a solid start. And in my heart of hearts, I want to see you WIN BIG in our region.

Dogtopia consistently delivers high-quality dog daycare. The staff are professional, attentive, and clearly care about the dogs. They take time to understand each dog’s temperament, which builds real trust.

The facility is clean, well-organized, and focused on safety. The supervised playrooms and thoughtful grouping by size and play style make a big difference. The webcams are a good feature and make it easy to check in during the day.

My dog, Arlo, always comes home happy, and she’s excited to go back every time.

Very friendly people and a very safe, fun environment for our dogs.

Kit how friendly and helpful they were. As I sat there waiting to talk to one of the team members, the other was taking all the dogs in as they arrived. He knew each one by name and all the four legged cuties happily went with him. It shows me how they loved the place.

Convenient and open early! Nice staff and super clean too.

Everyone has been wonderfully helpful getting my dog evaluated and used to day care. The enrichment activities are very high quality. Thank you!
