The cameras in the play room. I kind of wished I could see where they were sleeping.

Great, friendly customer service, communication, and website is easy to navigate. The staff there are warm, inviting, professional, courteous, knowledgable, and take the time to explain the services offered and any questions one may have. Highly recommend. A++++

The staff are genuinely fellow members of the Ghent community and fellow dog lovers. It has been moving to see their team grow and evolve in their first year of business. It’s not an easy thing to do. And I feel my family and our pup grow and evolve along with the GHENTDogtioia staff, too. Highly recommend! I cannot imagine how complex it is to bring together such varying experience levels and backgrounds–the level of patience and understanding the staff have for each other, every unique dog personality and their fellow owner/family. I know us dog moms and dads can be weirdos and demanding 😅. So, my husband and I feel so thankful to have a safe place my dog can go while I am at work. And it doesn’t hurt to ‘stalk’ my dog on the webcam. Marissa is Cloud’s favorite–she has an exceptional level of dog training and working with dog behaviorists. And it’s nice to know management has been supportive of initiatives she can facilitate.

We love the caring, friendly, positive attitude of staff. Our dog LOVES coming to Dogtopia. The operating hours allow flexibility for us, and the boarding options are great. We love that our girl can play when we are away, and that she is in good hands.
Other perks are the MANY fun activities offered such as agility, enrichment, photo shoots and more.
We also like taking advantage to the Spa services offered.
