My dog loses his mind from the moment we get within a two-block radius of Dogtopia because he knows where he’s going. We have to keep him from leaping out of the vehicle; he drags us to the door, then wags and wiggles ensue! He is SO happy to be there! Immediately, he goes to the door that leads to the playrooms, and our normally separation-anxiety-fueled dog doesn’t even bother to look back. He leaves the check-in to us while he goes to play!
There are webcams, and I love being able to check in on him throughout the day. He’s always having a good time, and so are all the other dogs. Even with so many different pup personalities in a room, the dogs respect each other. They become a true pack, and even though there is a human in the room, they teach each other social cues, and respect the space of dogs that are resting. It’s fascinating to watch.

Cleanliness of the place and how the emotes listen to our concerns
Love the camera. That put me at ease, but the hair in my dog was VERY VERY thick and I was having a hard time working with him to do a brush out the way that would make a difference. He looked soooo good when I picked him up. The person that worked with him did a great job.
The Ghent staff is very friendly and accommodating. Love that you offer agility training. Rissa is amazing.
The Webcam was great for us to see our sweet Talli!
A shorter break for the dogs in the middle of the day!
The staff is professional, beyond dog friendly; they consistently love on my boy, proud to be on camera so I can watch their interactions with him throughout the day, and most of all safe for him and provide me with a peace of mind.
