Very friendly and hospitable service. Bringing Jagger to the facility felt like we were bringing him to a good friend’s house. We immediately knew that he was going to be loved and taken care of just as he would at home.

Everybody has been very friendly and helpful. We’ve only been going a couple of days now, but we love it so far! The dogs already get excited when we pull into the parking lot.

I have recommended Dogtopia of Waco to many. However, one who went there the other day said she was turned off by the terrible smell in the long front hallway. That has been an issue since Kim and Amy have been gone – it really does smell strongly of urine.

I have loved Dogtopia for many years, but the changes in the last year have been negative – high staff turnover means staff do not know my name. There are often lines to pickup dogs at 5-6 pm, sometimes 4 and 5 people deep, with only one person to retrieve dogs.

I worked in franchising for a long time and it appears the owners are not around much. The senior and long term staff are doing a good job, but there are not enough of them to make up for the lack of “adults” on site. I really hope the owners will understand the need to work IN the business to provide stability and leadership. Without them, the business is not capable of running well given the younger, less experienced employees that must be hired to match payroll budgets.

The hours are perfect for a business owner like me. I like that boarding is affordable and includes daycare for the day! The staff is always so friendly and give feedback on how my fur baby is doing 💕

Our dog, Milo, absolutely LOVES Dogtopia! Even if I just say the word “Dogtopia,” his ears perk up and he immediately gets excited because he knows exactly where he’s going!

All of the employees are incredibly sweet, thoughtful, and welcoming. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing that when Milo is there, he’s not only being well taken care of, but also getting plenty of love and attention. We can always tell how loved on he is when we pick him up — and he comes home happy and tired from the best day!

We truly can’t recommend Dogtopia enough. Knowing Milo is somewhere he genuinely loves and with people who care about him means so much to us!
