I can tell that my dog is so happy there, and all of the employees seem so enthusiastic about the dogs. I trust that he will be safe and well cared for during the day.
The two main things for improvement:
(1) Not something the local folks have control over, but all the drama with the app for curbside has been ridiculous! The national folks need to really push their web developers to fix whatever the problem is so that we can go back to using curbside again. It really reduces my stress in the mornings to not have to go inside.
(2) I would like more planning and communication with regards to emergency situations, both during the day and for overnight stays. Once place that has a lot of information along those lines available (and I’m sure more if you tour/ask) is the Bark & Zoom at the Austin airport. I would ideally like my dog to stay overnight with Dogtopia where he is familiar with the surroundings and people… But I wish there were overnight staff and plans for any emergencies that might arise. The fires at other boarders in the region really freaked me out, and that has kept me (thus far) from leaving my dog overnight at Dogtopia. If I felt more comfortable, I think we would leave him for a 3-4 day long weekend about 4x a year and for a week or more at least 2x a year.
Easy to travel and use services – main reason we joined. Wish you had more locations!!

Always, clean, friendly atmosphere! My dog loves it when I say “Dogtopia” and runs to the car so we can go.
So easy to schedule last minute boarding. Top notch love for our fur babies, Maggie and Moose. Patty is amazing! My pups seem to know when itâs a Dogtopia day and the energy in the house is very high as we prepare to leave. They drag me in, and, at the end of the day, drag me out!
It would be great if videos or pictures were available so we could see how our pets did during their stay. Also maybe a loyalty card/punch card of âdaycare for 10 days then get one day freeâ
I love that we can always count on Dogtopia and that our dogs love being there.
