We have a high energy dog. With a baby and full time jobs, it’s hard for us to give him the exercise and enrichment that he needs some days. Dogtopia wears him out and we can tell that he’s had a good time. We also love that we can drop him off for daycare and grooming in one spot. The groomers always do an awesome job, even when the dog isn’t always cooperative with them.

Earl loves to visit there and all of the crew are so nice and treat him with special attention.
Overall, we are happy with the services. I just think the communication could be better. It is very hard to schedule a spa service and I often just text because the app shows all times, not just available dates and times. Sadly, the last time I texted to schedule a nail trim while our dog was boarding, it was acknowledged but the service was not done. When we picked her up, it was evident that a nail trim had not been done. We confirmed with the receptionist that it was not on the bill and she said it must’ve not been written down and apologized. I appreciated her customer service but was bummed that my text had been confirmed by the other employee and disregarded.
THE STAFF AT DOGTOPIA Are awesome and SO FREINDLY AND PATTI THE MANAGER IS AWESOME she is always there with a smile and my dog Chloe just loves her, Cheyanna is also very sweet and great with Chloe and the dogs – Yasiris is very freindly and great with Chloe – I wish I could name everyone but I deal with them the most – oh – and Meagan the groomer is the best – she knows just how Chloe should be groomed This place treats my Chloe like a family member not a dog. the way they do activities with the dogs is awesome, movie, splash day, treat day. If I could be a dog I would love it here.
Convenient, dependable, hours of operation, loyalty, works well with you if there is an emergency of any kind. Great with loving and taking care of the dogs/puppies, always creating a fun energetic atmosphere; the entire staff is outstanding. Since day one I have never worried about my baby Wally staying at Waco Dogtopia whether it is for a day or a weekend. Becky
