The people that work at dogtopia really care about your dog(s). On my dogs second day everyone already knew her name and were excited to see her. The GM really knows so much about animal behavior and body language. I was really impressed during my dogs meet and greet with her knowledge. The personalization is amazing, the photos and report cards will all be going into a scrapbook! And the event calendar is the cherry on top, daycare is already so exciting for the pups, and dogtopia finds ways to make every day new and even more exciting!

All the staff are so kind and seem to genuinely love my dog, so I always feel at ease when I drop her off! I have gone to many other groomers in Waco, but the quality and care at Dogtopia is the best I have ever found.

Staff are very friendly and nice to my Baby. The camera to check on him is greatly appreciated.

This was a meet and greet for our pup. Patty was fantastic! She eased our dog into the group and then stayed with her awhile until she got a little more comfortable with the other dogs in the group. Patty then called us back to watch the dogs interact with one another and as we observed, Patty told us what our dog was experiencing based on her body language (it was all good).

All the other staff we interacted with were great too. You could tell they enjoy their jobs which makes us comfortable leaving our dog with them.
