Similar to a human child in daycare, it’s important to keep your furry child on a consistent routine of socialization, education, and exercise. With our wellness program, you’ll choose the number of days you’d like your pup to attend each week. And you’ll have peace of mind knowing they are in a safe and comfortable environment developing positive behavior they can show off at home.
Meet & Greet
Every pup has an initial Meet & Greet to join us for daycare. It’s our way of safely assessing our new pups, gradually introducing them to our playrooms, and welcoming them into our Dogtopia family.
Before we set an appointment for that Meet & Greet, though, each pet parent takes a virtual tour of the facility. (All of our tours are currently being conducted over Zoom, as we are not yet permitted to have human visitors into the daycare.) It’s important to us that all of our pet parents truly understand what their furry child will experience while in our care, so you’ll leave your tour knowing more about Dogtopia than you ever imagined!
Once you’ve completed your tour and learned all about our place, we’ll have the Meet & Greet, during which your pup will have the opportunity to get to know his or her coaches, scope out our playrooms, and begin making friends. After we finish our assessments, we’ll give you a call to give you a report over the telephone.
At the end of a Meet & Greet, a pup who has passed his/her evaluation is welcome to stay for daycare for the remainder of the day at no further charge.

Daycare
Daycare enrollment at Dogtopia of Bellevue is the ultimate way to provide your dog with socialization, exercise, education, and friends! All of our pups get the Dogtopia experience in a convenient weekly subscription.
Most dogs do best with 3 to 4 days of daycare each week.
So you choose what’s right for your pup. You simply decide how many times a week you’d like your furry family member to join us for daycare, select that wellness plan, and let the fun begin!

Most parents choose one of our Standard wellness plans and send their pups primarily on weekdays. When you need an occasional extra day, that day is charged prorated at your plan’s rate.
The Weekend wellness plan works well for parents who want daycare only on the weekends. You may still request weekdays if you need them on occasion, but extra days on the Weekend plan are charged at $60 per day. This way gives you the flexibility to add a weekday here and there when you need to, but also ensures that Standard plan parents are able to get the weekday reservations they need on a regular basis.
How do I select the right plan?
Research has repeatedly shown that dogs who attend daycare at least three times in the initial week of attendance acclimate significantly more quickly and form faster and stronger bonds with their friends and coaches.
To that end, we request that each pup put in a minimum of three daycare sessions within the seven days following the Meet & Greet, regardless of the chosen wellness plan and schedule going forward.
This not only gives your pup need time to acclimate, but also gives you the necessary time to determine the schedule that works best for the family. For that reason, we allow a grace period of up to ten days after the Meet & Greet for you to choose the wellness plan that is right for you and your pup.
Our “acclimation rate” of $58 a day may be applied for as many visits as desired during the ten days following the Meet & Greet. After the initial ten-day grace period, the enrollment agreement must be submitted in order for a pup to continue to attend daycare.

Sleepovers are fun! Whether a pup needs to spend the night, or spend a whole two-week staycation, we’re ready with extra playtime and extra snuggles!
Your wellness plan’s daycare days may be applied to overnight stays whenever you wish. For each stay, our simplified billing system counts the week’s daycare days separately beginning on the day of drop-off and then adds the overnight charge each night. This way, your wellness plan days are applied before any additional daycare accumulates during the stay, so you always get to use your days–even for a sleepover!
Pick up before 9:00am on a weekday / 10:00am on a weekend day and you’ll also save the final day’s daycare charge.
