Everyone is always so welcoming and my dog is happy to go each week.
I love the controlled atmosphere. This works well for Wiley who likes routine. I appreciate that Wiley has set days and knows his furry friends rather than having random dogs each day.
Clean facilities, everyone is very friendly, my dog seems to be taken good care of.
Communication is poor.
Also I am not sure what the plan is for the dogs that are locked in the crate while few other dogs are free at the same time.
I still haven’t heard back from the person who told me that she will call me back for the lack of feeding issues our dog had when we boarded him few months ago.
She emailed me to ask for my cell number and never called back.
