We love Dogtopia Navy Yard! The staff are so friendly and attentive – you can tell they really care about the pups. I really appreciate the structured breaks, ensuring that the dogs aren’t getting overwhelmed throughout the day. I love watching the cameras while our dog is at daycare because he has such a fun time, and I feel confident he’s safe while in their care. On the one occasion he played a little too rough with another dog and got a small scratch, the staff immediately informed us and gave us clear steps on what they did to mitigate the situation. We also use spa services, and they always do a great job.
