I like that the staff is both people and pet friendly. Harlee is always excited to get there. And even though she is anxious to see me leave one word of encouragement from the staff and she runs into the pet area. She has boarded twice with no problems administering her eye drops. My only disappointment is they don’t have an outside area in which to play.

The people are great
I love the staff at Dogtopia Navy Yard!! They are friendly, caring and professional. They are attentive to my fur baby and he is well taken care of there. Their hours are perfect for someone like me who has a varied schedule; and, one can purchase from a few discount plans if they take their pet on a more regular basis. Also, their groomer does a wonderful job keeping my fur baby clean, clipped and handsome! I highly recommend them.😊
I love that my pup comes home exhausted BUT I DO NOT LIKE THE SPRAY/DEODERIZER USED ON HIM prior to pick up. I also wish there is outdoor space for the pups to do their business.
