Very friendly and informative staff, pleasure going through the meet and great process.

I took my golden retriever Cooper to the SE location after the 9th street location did not have a groomer. When I picked him up, I was amazed as to what a wonderful job they did with him. He looked like a new dog who lost 20 lbs – he always looks great but he was so happy. Very great job and will certainly take him back there.

Convenience of location and friendly staff.

$110/day for my two dogs is expensive, so making the price more manageable would help

The staff is super friendly and obviously loves dogs. Luckie was well taken care of and seemed to have a good time. I love that they have a Webcam to watch as this was Luckie’s first time in open play day care. I will definitely bring him back for more day care and may even work up to boarding him there.

Just an all around amazing experience! The staff are so friendly and accommodating and take such great care of my pup. The moment he realizes we’re heading to Dogtopia Navy Yard he can’t walk fast enough! Incredibly responsive to appt requests too.

This was really great for my dog. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend is some dogs need to go outside. The webcam tech could always be improved, but overall it was a really nice experience with great staff and a happy dog.
