Great staff
My dog loves other dogs so I can think of no better place for my dog to board. At a traditional boarding place she’d be isolated in her own separate space. And it’s true that at a traditional boarding place it might be less expensive than Dogtopia. But my dog would be board and miserable at a traditional boarding place. So if you factor in how there’s so much more socialization at Dogtopia, then Dogtopia’s price is actually a great deal. At Dogtopia she’s actively socializing for 12 hours a day. And there’s webcams so that I can check on my pup all during the day.

I like that you guys can take my dog last minute whenever needed. I love all the events that are constantly happening. I love how everyone shows compassion and care for my dog. I like being able to view my dog on the webcams to make sure she is doing okay and having a good time.
Everyone at Dogtopia is truly a “dog person.” They greet Ruby with open arms and big smiles. My dog considers it a treat to spend the day there. As soon as we get to the lobby she starts scratching at the playroom door to get to her besties!
When a new family arrives, offer a tour and handout with the daily schedule and pricing to new visitors. (To make this do-able, you could arrange pre-set days/times for the orientation & tour.) The evaluation of our pets could occur at the same time, or following completion of the orientation. Have staff introduce themselves and offer information about their training & qualifications. At the end of the 1st visit, include useful information about the dogs your pet seemed to interact well with – like what days and times they’re usually at Dogtopia. Give out a business card, magnet… with information about how to download the app and watch your dog during his/her stay.
I like that Dogtopia opens at 7:00a and closes at 7:00p. How convenient.
The one thing I’d like to see is more activities for the dogs. It seems like the dogs just stand around, maybe chase each other. To be honest, they look bored.
