I love that my two guys can play around all day. I like knowing that I have somewhere to take my guys if I need to be away or even a break for the day. Toby and Teddy have come to love Dogtopia. They are excited to get behind the door. At one point, I was not pleased with my guys being isolated from the Toybox group. But, the staff heard me out and worked to have my guys included. I sincerely appreciate that I was heard. The staff is so kind. I wish I could afford more days.
Return phone calls. Since the restructure, return communication needs improvement. It gets to a point that I needed to visit the location to talk with someone to get answers to my questions. Additionally, needing to provide 2 weeks’ notice for a halt on visitation is excessive. Not sure why 1 week notice is not sufficient. All else is great, staff, care, et.
Very friendly staff. Staff knows my dogs name even when they are new to the company
The staff makes this a place that not only we feel our puppy is safe, but loved and engaged. We LOVE these people!

Convenient hours, friendly staff and an environment where my docile senior dog is comfortable and happy.
The staff are professional and truly seem to like the pets, and they remember my pet. The app makes it easy to reserve for overnight boarding or day care. I appreciate that drop in day care is allowed. I like the webcam so I can check up on my pet.
I signed up for two day week daycare at a certain price and now after three visits I’m being charged a daily price. So right now you owe me $21 and I can’t seem to figure out how to get the billing fixed.
Always available. I like that I can check in and see what my dog is doing. Also, I appreciate the employees. I see some of them dancing and entertaining the dogs. I think that is very sweet
