The warmness of the staff, the cleanliness and I feel my dogs are safe there.
When I pick up my pup she is exhausted which is great considering that she is hyper active and loves to play. I enjoy being able to check on her through the webcams as well.
The staff and management are always upbeat and willing to listen to any input and have it resolved. They inform you of how things are going. The services are plentiful for the care of ones dog. I like them all.
