Everyone is very friendly and personable. I feel very confident that my dog is safe and well taken care of by people who genuinely love dogs.

Our dog is more like a small horse than a dog. He has long legs and gets bored easily, so bringhing him to Dogtopia takes care of his need for entertainment and a place to release extra energy. The staff always welcome his as if he is coming home, rather than being dropped off at the sitters.

Freindly staff. Very flexible in emergency schedule issues. I love that they ensure sick dogs are not permitted and all are up to date on vaccinations.

Check-in process can be excessively long (up to 15 min wait) during peak drop-off hours (7-9am). Possibility of having more staff during this time to alleviate?
