The dog leaders care very much for my pet.

Everyone feels like family. They love my dog just as much as I do. And I LOVE having access to the livestream and seeing my dog play when I can’t be with him.

My dog LOOOVES Dogtopia! The workers are always so welcoming and excited to see my dog, and they do a great job at keeping everyone safe and happy!

Splitting the dogs up based on their size and temperament. The coaches walk around the room to keep the dogs moving.

Dogtopia staff work to create inclusive environment for all dogs. They were patient with my young pup as we worked on developing social manners with both canine and human friends while another facility noted he was too boisterous and indicated he wouldn’t be a good fit for daycare. My dog loves his time spent at Dogtopia and I appreciate the staff made the investment to teach him how to thrive in a daycare setting.

Webcams always seem to be problematic. They frequently keep spinning or don’t upload at all. All over room coverage would also be preferred and leaving them on during lunch as well. Feedback during pick-up doesn’t always match what was seen on cameras.

Place two attendants in the Toybox room! One person missed A LOT. They have their back turned and things happen. Change the mops so that the floors and hallways don’t smell like urine. Place a fresh toilet paper in the restrooms. Stop crating the dogs for 30 minutes at a time because the worker doesn’t want to be bothered. Work on customer service at the front desk.

People don’t like the smell of the facility and how you are always crating the dogs all day. The customer service sucks except for the nice British gentleman that answers the phone. It smells like urine and our dogs always stink when they come home.

I like the cameras and being able to check in.

Staff is wonderful.
