I like how someone is always up front and greets us.
I like that it never smells like “dog” in there.
I do wish the person in the room would play with the dogs more. Some of them don’t ever pet the dogs or play with them at all. I wish that would change.

Everyone is very professional and friendly. They all dem educated about how to care for the dogs and are reliable caretakers.
