My Dog and myself felt welcomed upon arriving, my dog had a meet and greet that went really well and she was also groomed. I could tell she felt very compfortable with the front desk staff the groomer loved on her as if she was her own dog. The staff with the dogs in the daycare area were also very good with making her feel safe and welcomed in the pack. I feel very confident leaving her there for daycare on days I need a little extra care for her.
The front office staff are so extremely welcoming and kind, and not only do I notice it but our sweet pup, Arlo, loves them all like family.
