The communication regarding appointments could be improved. As an example I didn’t receive an automatic confirmation that my appointment was scheduled and when I emailed with my dogs vaccine record as well as a request to confirm the appointment no one responded initially. I had to call back and the staff emailed me while I was on the phone.
The grooming was excellent though and I was happy that I could get Biko after coming from BWI — the staff kindly made themselves available 20min after closing

Friendly staff!

Staff is very friendly and the energy is great, Simba is always happy at the daycare.

The staff is always nice, welcoming & patient. They are communicative & attentive which is exactly what dog parents need, especially when trusting others with their pet. I love that you can watch your pet live & anytime I’ve called, they’ve been available. I like that they offer more than daycare. Services like grooming, training and special events is pretty cool.
