From the minute you hit the door the staff is so pleasant and present. They all seem to love what they do and my dog was greeted by every staff member that is in the room. The attention given does in no way take away from process. The check in and out is so seamless that I find myself standing there only to hear in a pleasant voice ” your all done”. After boarding my dog at other places for years, I can really easy to tell that my dog enjoyed her stay. Having to travel and leave our dog has suddenly become stress less.

My dog has generally been very happy with her time there. We have been at Dogtopia in Towson for one year now. Recently, my dog has had a few tantrums, and the staff has informed me and worked with me to figure out what she likes/needs and how to make things better. I appreciated their willingness to work through the issue. It does seem like there have been a number of staff changes at the site, but things seem to have become more consistent again. I think the consistency is always helpful with animal care. Our family is very happy with Dogtopia and we always tell people about it when they ask.

Staff is great, facility is clean, everyone is helpful, and our dog absolutely LOVES to be there!

The staff greet the dogs with enthusiasm. I can watch my pup on the webcam. I love how my dog interacts with the other pups. He comes home and is exhausted that evening and into the next day.

I like the convenient location. I love the interaction of the staff members with the pet owners and the pets. The hours of operation are ok.
