Had meet and greet, staff was friendly and seemed confident in handling dogs. Constant access to camera is comforting. We only left them for an hour and a half. Seemed a little thirsty when they got home. Overall, I look forward to a half day visit and building on that

I like the fact that he can get a bath on relatively short notice, in addtion to, doggie care for the day. I don’t always need this, but every once in a while it is very helpful. Also, the staff seems very helpful and friendly toward my dog. That is appreciated!

Wrigley is obsessed with Dogtopia! All he does is follow the teacher, but he comes home exhausted after a visit. I love that everyone knows him and is so sweet with him. Moms like feeling that their furry kids are special. It is great for me that I can have boarding at a moments notice. The app is so handy and I always get quick responses. We are both happy with Dogtopia. 😊

I think you make effort to protect dogs. Ex: I was called letting me know Fred’s bordatella was expired and he could not go into the dog room They placed in a crate and isolated. I really appreciated knowing they are keeping on this.
I was able to get him at lunch and have him vaccinated and return him.

The staff is always nice and Fred is always excited to go inside

I like the videos but I do wish you would add a second camera in the big dog room because you really can not see the back of the room
