Friendly staff, clean, not overly crowded, the hours, reasonable prices, and fun activities for our pup.
Floors need better maintenance. Between the salt and the string urine odor on my dog when I picked him up, I think better cleanliness should be maintained. And I am not a fan of the strong room deodorizer in the lobby. The odor hits humans in the face and I can only imagine what it smells like to a dog with a much more sensitive nose than we have.
Our dog had a potential medical issue while boarding, you took her to the emergency vet and Shelby was so thoughtful in keeping in contact with me to tell me how she was doing.
