The staff was very kind and comforting. I liked the fact that the meet and greet process was well-explained. I also liked the fact that I am free to bring my dog in for day care whenever I want (within work hours). This is a huge benefit over other dog day cares that require booking in advance. I was impressed with the amount of thought that has gone into retaining the health of the dogs such as the soft floors.

Franie and I are greeted warmly when we come in the door. Franie is monitored by the staff every time she is there. There are four screens for the dogs. The large are not in with the small. You can view these screens in the lobby.
Most importantly, when the dogs go “potty” in their room, it doesn’t matter how many dogs are in there. The mess is cleaned immediately. There is no urine or fecal order in the place…ever!
Our veterinarian takes his dog to Dogtopia and that says volumes to me.

Love how they put dogs in rooms based on their size. We also really enjoy the fun events with a cute picture. The staff is absolutely amazing.
