The staff were kind and welcoming . Bringing a puppy for the first time, i was concerned but was reassured that our puppy would do fine! And he will be going to daycare on a regular basis this week!❤️

This has been the best experience with my dog Luna. Everyone is super friendly. The cameras always work so I can check in on my baby and I love the special events they have throughout the month. It’s such a relief to see her tail wagging when she walks in thru the door!

Dogtopia Bham staff have been very attentive and helpful with any questions. They have been proactive about notifying of any issues (including illness/utilities) or changes at the facility. Facilities are always clean and video access if great! We’ve been very happy with Dogtopia.

I love how they know your Pet. Seriously my pets gets better attention than at our home. I would not hesitate to recommend. Also very lucky this is located close to our home
