I’ve been a customer of Dogtopia for almost 9 years. I’ve seen a lot of employees come and go and even transitions of ownership. While I don’t always agree with changes that have been made (please bring back different pre-paid packages again), this place is all about the dogs and that’s because of all of their employees and they are the reason I am still a customer there. The manager, Gina, has been a part of this Dogtopia for a long time and her experience shows. Linden, Makenna and Tess are experienced and love your dogs as if they are their own. As does all of the other team members. And I love the addition of the groomer, Victoria. She’s done a great job with Walter!

Dale (our dog) LOVES Dogtopia. From the moment we walk in he is greeted with a smile and excitement that he is there ! You can tell the staff genuinely enjoy what they do and have Dale’s interest at heart. We are so happy we have them nearby for daycare and an overnight stay when needed….. and of course the spa services.

Will not be back until Spring because in FL for the winter. Will see you then.

Staff is excellent but I wish there was more for the dogs to do or play with other than walking around.

Great team, lots of meal/treat selections, and most importantly our Portie lives coming there. Thank you.

The staff customer service is top tier. They truly have a passion for each dog that is present.
