It would nice to see less commercial / upselling of events that could have minimal impact on your margin (ie. running race the other day was $3, I’m unsure what this cost went to – was additional labour required to run this event?) and didn’t seen any photos/videos.

the dry shampoo smell is horrible. but I do not know how to fix that.
Initial impression is ultra positive. The facility is clean, bright, organised, and well run. Everyone I’ve met so far has been very friendly and accommodating. Only issue on first day was the video in my dog’s room wasn’t working. Otherwise, very happy with Dogtopia in Burlington and look forward to bringing Millie in on a regular basis.
Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, our pup absolutely loves it here! Dogtopia provides a safe environment for dogs to enjoy themselves and I love that I can watch my little guy on their webcam
The staff is so friendly and our puppy can’t wait to ge there. He’s always barking as we get close. I can’t say enough about the staff and managers. I know Charlie is safe and happy.

The staff are super friendly, Josie comes home well exerecised and tired EVERYTIME she goes, we know she is safe with the team, the ability to see her on video. She also is learning social with other dogs.
