I had concerns with my shitzu arthritic legs at age 2.5. And not interested in mingling with other dogs. We were in midst of moving and it would have been too hard on him with the move. Dogtopia staff understood answered all my questions and seemed to go out of their way with Casey. Casey did great. Sending my many thank You’s for their kind care
The staff here are amazing. Our Zoey has massive anxiety when she has to go anywhere without us. They make an effort to make her feel safe. And they remember her every time she comes in.

When Ozzie and I come in to the building for drop off ,the staff are happy and upbeat. They greet Ozzie by his name, and happily take him to play.
They front desk staff are always friendly, and the staff in the back are always cleaning.
I would like to see little dogs have access to outside play time.
Little more control over allowing sick dogs to attend. Like day care for kids, dogs should stay home when sick so they don’t spread kennel cough and other CIRD viruses.
