Very friendly environment and love that I can see what my fur baby is doing anytime of the day.
What is there not to like. The Staff are great with the dogs and its great you have the grooming services on site which is a big plus.

When boarding a dog, some like a closed area , which gives more room, rather then a crate

Staff was friendly and the facilities were very clean and quiet. Really helped me and my dog leave, because if he can hear the other dogs playing, he will want to stay.
They gave me a cute photo and a little blurb about how he did, but I would have liked more details about his day. I do not currently have the app as we were trying them for the first time
My dog very comfortable at Dogtopia. He loves going there every single day.
Great staff, trustworthy to leave Penny overnight. The spa is fabulous for Penny.
More fresh water available to dogs in daycare.
More flexible with your charges ie buying bundles and using them randomly instead of In preset time schedules.
I have to pay $50 a visit because my needs don’t fit your mold and the staff are bound by the franchise rules.
