The staff is friendly and helpful. I would give 10/10 but getting them to answer their phone is nearly impossible. They do not ever answer the phone and it can be really frustrating when trying to book or see if they are full for the day. Other than that, really great team and our dog loves going!
The dogs looked great after their grooming, I love your flexible pickup and drop off schedule, it is very accommodating for someone who works fulltime!
The girls are always very happy to go and very tired when they get home. Its convenient to also have their dog spa appointments to keep their nails trimmed.

Offer blocks of passes at ‘enrolment’ rates for better flexibility.
The staff are great and treat Pepper like their own. She loves them all!
I like that there is an option for Rayne to get some exercise and play. She loves going, and in the end, that is what matters. She can’t wait to get to her friends when we arrive. She doesn’t even have time to say good-bye to me.

Our puppy just had his meet & greet, the staff were friendly & professional. Our older dog used to attend daycare at this location & it was always a positive experience.
Clean facility and welcoming staff. Our dog had the best day ever during his first visit! He will continue to gain social skills in Dogtopia, as it is a safe and fun space for him. Staff are well trained in handling dogs, and will make each dog feel acknowledged.
