I’d like a tour of the facility to see the sleeping areas and outdoor space.
Received friendly and warm welcome from the frontline staff at our introductory meet and greet. The premises are very clean maintained and viewable via live cam. The fact that you can tune in and see how your canine is interacting and getting along in its surrounds is a huge plus. We will feel very comfortable leaving our pet for additional socializing and playtime.

Provide more equipment in the rooms for the dogs to play on/with.
We have taken our dogs to Dogtopia since they opened in 2014. The facilities are clean and well maintained. We love the webcams, special event days and social media photos. The teams at both locations, although we now go to Douglasglen door because it’s closer for us, are professional, helpful and friendly.
