Super friendly, efficient, and totally professional staff and pet accommodations.

Staff is amazing and the groomers are the best

Good customer service and flexible. I appreciate the weekday hours. I wish you had daycare on Sundays. And the facility smells too strongly of urine, especially by the end of the day, so I do wish you could open windows, especially in the front lobby, or you install air odor filtration.

My dog is happy and the people are great, but I do wish she didn’t come home smelling like urine each time (she hates baths).

I think your assessment process is very good. I look in the cams sometimes and I can see how happy they all look and how generally well they all seem to do. My dog was new to this kind of thing and while he was anxious at first, after a few months now when I check up on him I see he’s way more playful and relaxed. I also really like the little specials you do. Grooming specials will remind me to have him groomed regularly, which is something I intend to do regularly for him but it just kind of slips by me. The people who work there are great too!

Friendly staff, weekly newsletter emails, occasional text message as needed, clean facilities (as clean as possible with all the dogs coming and going), option for food/treats/grooming/training.
