All the employees truly care about the animals that are in their care which allows owners peace of mind.

My dog is happy and the people are great, but I do wish she didn’t come home smelling like urine each time (she hates baths).

I think your assessment process is very good. I look in the cams sometimes and I can see how happy they all look and how generally well they all seem to do. My dog was new to this kind of thing and while he was anxious at first, after a few months now when I check up on him I see he’s way more playful and relaxed. I also really like the little specials you do. Grooming specials will remind me to have him groomed regularly, which is something I intend to do regularly for him but it just kind of slips by me. The people who work there are great too!

Friendly staff, weekly newsletter emails, occasional text message as needed, clean facilities (as clean as possible with all the dogs coming and going), option for food/treats/grooming/training.

Service was amazing. Everyone is so nice, and the customer service is top notch I will definitely recommend friends and family to come here!
