Pricier than local alternatives. Lack of outdoor/open air recreation opportunities.
Indoor play environment is key for Milo as he is a Doodle and needs grooming often. We also like the fact that we can groom him while he is at his playdate and have boarding options.
More pats for the doggies!
Variety of services; friendly staff, relative convenience and flexibiltiy.
Overall the experience was very good however the details of the plan I signed up for were not explained. I thought it was more like a scheduled drop in arrangement versus a membership and if you do not use the service you lose the service days. I would have liked a better orientation on the billing and membership details.
Check-in and Check-out process is easy and quick
My dog is super happy every time she goes to Dogtopia. The staff is very friendly and loving towards her. I love that the place is clean, and they do different activities with the dogs.
Friendly staff, clean playrooms, supervised play and daily activities for the dogs.
Every one seems to care about the dogs and wants them to have fun.
