We love the activities and have options to purchase a snack or treat if the human parent forgets or is running late.
Staff are professional. It’s evident that they all love dogs. They keep the place clean. Easy to reserve daycare and boarding spots using the app. I have referred friends and family. We are all very pleased with the services.
The people that work there make you want to continue to take your dog to Dogtopia.

One day when I picked up my dog the front desk radioed that I had arrived. But I kept hearing the person in the back saying “which one is that dog” repeatedly.
Then the next day, they actually brought out the wrong dog during pick up!
Not a great feeling 2 days in a row!
I know my pup is having fun and I think the staff is great and so friendly and they were apologetic both times. But that would be my suggestion…because it gives owners an unsettled feeling!

They really care about your pet and if there are any concerns they are willing to assist you with no judgement but care. I love the different activities and special activities the have it makes you feel apart of the dogtopia family.
