What I like best about Dogtopia is my dog is always so eager to go and play with her friends, and it gives me a day to do some errands that I can’t tend to when she is with me. Thanks Dogtopia!

Everyone is so professional but caring to the dogs. My Lola just loves going there. She does doggie daycare and gets a bath/nails done once a month. It is not only convenient but I feel completely at ease with my couch hippo being there in such good hands.

I came to Dogtopia because I got a puppy. I have 2 senior dogs and underestimated the work of having a puppy at home for hours. I researched several dog care facilities before choosing Dogtopia. I chose them based on both their friendliness and informative approach over the phone and also when I visited the facility. My little pup has been going since the beginning of the year. He started out shy and timid, but has truly blossomed at Dogtopia. I also participated in classes with my puppy and though he was resistant in the facility there has been a noticeable change at home. I have been taking my baby here for 2 months now. He is a very shy dog, but I am thrilled with how much he loves to come here.

I have been taking advantage of the many services providing, daycare, training and grooming.
Junior is patient and helpful in the group trainings: though I have a challenging pet, he provides specific tips to help me try and help my dog.
My pup got his first haircut this week and the groomer being able to cut his hair/ears/bum hair/between his toes is nothing short of a miracle. My dog is skittish and squirmy so I have no idea how he even accomplished that.
I can’t say enough positive things about how friendly, communicative and accommodating all the staff is.
Special Shout out to Junior (training) Chris (grooming) and Ricardo (I think that’s his name; the longer-haired attendant) he is my baby’s favorite.
I appreciate everyone’s patience with my sensitive guy. I hope one day he can participate in pictures when he is not too scared. Lol

Excellent client services! I love how Dogtopia has so many fun things for the dogs to do which is one of the reasons I’m interested in taking my dog to Dogtopia. He did not pass his first meet & greet as he was afraid of going thru the tunnel to get to the play area. I am taking him to a dog care facility to help him overcome some of his fears. Unfortunately, they don’t have a tunnel. I’m hoping I can bring him back to Dogtopia. I’m just not sure if he will go thru the tunnel. :-(((

the customer service and that I am able to see my pet on camera. I like that I am updated via text as to status of my pet.

Clean, friendly staff, and I love the ability to see my baby through a video on the app. The transparency gives me peace of mind. Lexi and I will definitely be back!!
