I feel good leaving my puppy with your staff members. Everyone is very friendly, accommodating and organized. Cooper likes being there. The ‘first day’ certificate with a hilariously happy photo of my dog, as well as the ‘report card’ he got on the next play day are a cute touch.
I was impressed with the facility and the staff!

The Dogtopia Upland team is incredible. They continue to work with our schedule and give wonderful and consistent attention to our pup (Akuma) and I just appreciate how much they care.
More specifically, I like the level of communication from the team. They notify me about grooming schedules, ask follow ups about our schedules, and send reminders. It’s clear by how excited Akuma is to walk in the door and see Crystal, or Alicia, or *especially* Mercedez that he loves being there also.
We like that there are activities for the dogs to do during the day.
It is easy to talk to all persons working there. Our dog loves to go there for daycare and that means a lot for us
