The careful attention given to dogs arrival & departure from staff for safety. The center location is very active & on a major street. Checking in & out via leash personal attention!!

The care from staff for every parent when dropping their dog off and picking them up is priceless!!

Dogs are indoors all the time which in the Texas heat, is so important and because they are,
they play all day except for their mid-day 2 hour nap. The staff takes care to make sure they are safe and the rooms are clean. You can see your pup on their webcams! Dogs are grouped according to activity and size levels in different rooms. The scheduling process is easy and the entire staff does an excellent job caring for the dogs and communicating with the dog parents.

More cameras in the facility and let me know when to feed the dogs.
