Steve, Owner

After an engineering career in the Automotive Industry with Ford, I was looking for a new challenge so we started Dogtopia of Crestview in 2019 which combines my love for animals, business, and my daughter, Anna.  I have been a dog owner my entire life and currently have two golden retrievers, Wally and Wilson.  My wife and I foster dogs from the local Humane Society so we are used to having a house full of dogs.  Our mission at our Dogtopia is to treat your dog like our own, have fun, and create a lasting relationship with you and your furry friend.

Anna, Owner/General Manager

Growing up in Michigan, I have had a love for dogs my entire life. After graduating from Michigan State University and going into the marketing field, I spontaneously quit my job to go volunteer at a dog shelter in Cusco, Peru. It was there that I fell in love with my dog, Chicho, and decided to fly him back home. We decided to then move to Austin in August 2017. My dad and I shortly after decided to open Dogtopia. It is such a fulfilling experience to make connections with all of the pet parents as well as their dogs! Seeing dogs come out of their shell to make a best friend is the highlight of my job!

I am an animal lover who grew up in Marble Falls, TX. I graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bachelors of Business Management. It is my goal to make pet parents and their fur babies happy. I think it is safe to say I found my dream job with Dogtopia.

Paige, Operations Manager

Hi there, I’m Paige and I grew am a huge animal lover. Growing up in California, I volunteered at an animal shelter every weekend through my whole high school education. I moved to Texas in 2022, started working at Dogtopia and adopted my two dogs, Kate and Lucy. I love getting to work with animals and meet new pups every day. My goal at Dogtopia is to help all the dogs come out of their shells and see their personalities shine through and make new friends.

Evie, Dog Groomer

These are my dogs, Chai and Ramona! I grew up in Dallas and Houston and have always loved dogs. I had a black Lab growing up as well as two Chihuahuas. I started working at Dogtopia in January 2020 as a full time Rover, Operations Manager, and now I am the dog groomer. My favorite part about working here is seeing Chai make friends and getting to meet so many new dogs!

Cara, Canine Coach

I spent several long years in retail management and customer service before I decided to pursue my dream of working with animals. I can safely say after two years (as of October 2022) here at Dogtopia that I could never go back. To me, there is nothing more rewarding than befriending a shy or anxious pup and making sure they feel safe and comfortable enough to have fun. Each dog has such a unique personality and every day presents different challenges, I’m never bored and neither are they! I don’t get out of the room much so I just want to say thanks to all our pet parents for letting us borrow your fur babies for a little while. I love them all and can’t wait to see them!

Cassandra, Rover

My name is Cassandra (: I am from Austin, born and raised! I am a rover at Dogtopia Crestview! (: I have a family dog named Chula who is an 11 year old chihuahua, and a puppy named Felix who I adopted from the animal shelter. He is pictured above. He’s a lot bigger now, but that’s my favorite picture of us.

My favorite part of my day is waking up and taking care of the dogs who are boarding. I love having special little bonds with the dogs that come in. It truly is the best feeling. I also love watching my dog (Felix) grow & make friends at daycare. Everyone feels like family here and we all truly take care of every dog like our own. They’re amazing

Hi, I’m Ally! I grew up in Round Rock and Austin and I’ve always had a love for animals. I’ve been pet sitting for friends and family since I was a teenager, and it’s the only job I don’t mind waking up early for! I’m a student working part time while I work towards my nursing degree, and I aspire to one day go to veterinary school. I adore dogs— spending time with them and making sure they are safe and happy brings me so much joy.

Hello I’m Ava I’ve always grown up with animals and knew I wanted to work with them someday so glad I finally can. Working at dogtopia has given me so much knowledge, I love working with all different dogs especially the ones that are shy to get them out of their shell. I appreciate every pet parent that brings there dog we appreciate and love having your fur baby with us.

Hi! My name is Jazmine and I’ve been working with the Dogtopia franchise for 4 years now! Dogtopia was my first job and I honestly found a home here. Nothing makes my day better than coming and greeting all of the different pups. My goal is to let pet parents feel comfortable and trust that their dog is not only in good hands, but that I will love their dog just as I love my own!
