The staff is an amazing and the facilities is clean. My puppy is always happy when she gets to go there and when I pick her up.

Absolutely everything

The team at Dogtopia in Parker have been awesome from start to finish in onboarding our new rescue puppy and her anxious parents (that’s us…well me more than my hubby if I’m being totally honest).

Our rescue has been way more timid and hesitant than our Lab was when she was a puppy going to daycare. So this mama has been an avid webcam stalker. When I got to the point where I was fighting the urge to just go pick her up, I called the facility and the staff talked me off the ledge and asked me to give her some more time. Then they even emailed me about 90 min later during nap time (when I couldn’t indulge in my stalking tendencies) to say my bag was curled up and sleeping soundly. It was above and beyond kind and I can’t express enough my appreciation.

I also want to add that every time I was watching, I noticed the coaches intentionally and consistently and regularly approaching Eliza to pet and reassure her. She clearly has developed a huge crush on the male coaches and finally was out of the corner following them around like, well, a puppy. It warmed my heart she was being loved on and comforted when I couldn’t be there to do it myself.

We’re only a couple days in, but I’m impressed. And let me tell you, I don’t impress easily especially around customer service these days. Fingers crossed this little girl continues to grow in confidence and will in no time be the sassy brat we’ve come to expect when we have her at home. I know she’ll get there because the team at Dogtopia won’t leave her to do it alone.

The staff is amazing! Bear loves Dogtopia!!

All of the staff knows Oso’s name. They are always so excited to see him and Oso loves it there. I feel like my dog is safe and taken care. There have never been any incidents and having the cameras adds a level of transparency that was missing from my previous doggy daycare. The app makes it easy to sign him up for the day or for overnight. I recommend Dogtopia of Parker to anyone who wants their pup to have a good, safe time!

I can’t rave about this place enough!!! The staff has been unbelievably amazing and it’s very clear how passionate they all are about loving on all the pups while in their care. The tour was very thorough and all of their plans were very clearly explained. I will absolutely be recommending Dogtopia to everyone know!!!

Very caring staff, always enthusiastic when I drop my little girl off and she was timid at first but they gave her time to get comfortable and didn’t rush her! The daycare service is very helpful when working 5 days a week and the webcams so I can “spy” on my pup during the day!
