More than anything else, it is the genuinely caring, conscientious, and helpful attitude of every staff member I met which caused me to believe I had found the place and people to whom I could entrust the well-being my much-loved little dog. Everyone I encountered struck me as being 100% committed to her safety, comfort, and happiness. The spotless and odor-free condition throughout the facility provided additional confirmation that I had found the right place.
Just friendly people run your front counter. They always greet Ripley and myself and are super friendly.

The people here are great and I love that I can see my dog on the camera view, I’m not sure my dog loves it so far. We will have to see when the 3rd of the introductory days is completed.

Yes, we still love dogtopia and love it even more, if that is even possible! Our little yorkie, Chloe, has come down with trachia and breathing problems. The only time it has happened, scared us to death and we wondered how this would impact her in the future. Calling Mia at Dogtopia reassured us that only a harness would be used when necessary and they would limit the time that she is outside so she wouldn’t overheat and start panting heavily and aggravate the issue. Reassuring us that they would really keep a good eye on her made us feel at ease. So much so, that she will be spending 2 overnights at Dogtopia this weekend. She is our baby, and I know that there is no other place that feels like home and I know she gets the best of care. Dogtopia takes care of your dog as if it were their own!!
