All the employees are so very friendly to not just us humans but to the animals coming in. Being able to watch the WebCam and see the dogs while I was gone was perfect. It worked out really really well. I was very happy. My dogs were very happy. I know they were well cared for and I could check anytime. I could even call on the phone if I didn’t see on camera, I would ask and they would Get Summer cause she likes to hide everything is clean and taken care of so I know my dogs are taken very very good care.
Everyone is so friendly. They take good care if my dog/baby. The place is clean.

Dogtopioa communicates so well while my pup is with them. Updates and the report cards are great. I always find them to be friendly and so helpful. Bentley is always in great hands!

All of the little photos and doggie treats and event days really do make it feel special and like our pups matter. The staff are all super friendly and kind and really do seem to love our pups. The only thing I would request is when things like kennel cough come up that we get more information about what’s going on more frequently to ensure we don’t bring our dogs back in too early if it’s still going around, we just got an email saying it’s only been 5 days since the last case (our dogs got it too) but had I known it was still going around I would have waited to bring them back to ensure they don’t get sick again after just having it.
The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. I really like how you can see into the play rooms when you go for your meet and greet. It gives a much better sense of the environment than the cameras.
