Friendly and professional staff, tour of the facility, reasonably priced, WebCams, and more than happy to take my puppy who has a ton of energy. another facility that we tried was no tour, more expensive for nail trims, no WebCam, and no tour of the facility. also seemed a little hesitant to have to handle my excitable dog. Dogtopia gave me the impression that, hey, this is what we do! Come on down!
