Everyone seems to know my dog and they truly like him, so great, personalized service!
Very caring and welcoming staff! My pup loves it and is always excited to be greeted by the cheering squad. It’s clear that the staff loves what they do. They listen to your pet’s needs and follow through. I also love the weekly events they offer like the special treats and photo sessions.
Your staff is superb always greeting my dog, Skye, with a cheery good morning as she heads out to play. I am so happy I found Dogtopia to keep her happy and socialized.
I am new to Dogtopia and so far the staff is super friendly and helpful.
However, the policy of boarding doesn’t seem to make sense to me.
Every week I need to change my daycare days depending on my work schedule.
Ex. last week I was on 2 days a week and this week I am on 1 day a week. (I would suggest adding a feature in the app so people don’t have to call each time they change their schedule).
Additionally, I have an upcoming trip planned for this Sat-Wed and will board my dog. I was told I would get the rate of 1 day a week during my boarding time because that is the schedule that I am currently on. Why can’t I change it to get a better rate since I will be boarding the dog for an additional day this week and 4 days next week?
I suggest if someone is boarding their dog you would give a day rate equivalent to the days they are boarding.
Since you already allow clients to switch weekly depending on schedule, this should also apply to boarding.
