We love Dogtopia Don Valley! The team that works there are the best – not only are they super friendly and helpful, they treat the pups with so much care. You can see the excitement on little Chai’s face and the tail wagging every time she is dropped off which is the best indicator of them all.

Amazing facility and the most amazing caring staff!!

Love the commitment to cleanliness/infection control, and the interactions between staff and my pup (and myself too!) – my pup is so depressed when he leaves I get worried he’s sick but of course is right back to himself when he returns. he has added the words” dogtopia” and “daycare” into his repertoire of “words mom says that will get me so excited I turn into an absolute madman”.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question or requested an appointment I hear back very quickly.
I love that I can watch my dog anytime I want to and see how she is doing.
She looks happy and the staff are great with her.
Its great to know there is a place she can go and have fun and not be stuck in a crate all day.

Dogtopia knows how to keep your dog engaged and provide a good time to the pets. Simpson – staff – is a a pleasure to interact with. With live camera feed from the day care rooms, it’s assuring to be able to visualize your pet.
The centre is clean and looks trendy.

Safe, predictable, fantastic staff/employees, and they follow a set routine everyday which is perfect for our pup.
