Staff are incredible. There is a lot of personalized attention which means the world to use with a highly anxious pup. Everyone goes out of their way and it shows! We’re very appreciative!

Dogtopia is not only a fun place for our dog , but also myself to visit. You’re always greeted with a smile, and good conversation. They make you feel like everyone knows and cares about your dog.

We recently used them for bathing services, and our dogs coat was never so shiny. It’s been great to be in the Dogtopia Evanston family.

Toy box area seems to be overcrowded on certain days.
Provide some activities for dogs to do during day, ie obstacle course or small group game/play.

Every one is very friendly. And I like the cameras so I can see my dog throughout the day.

Consistent Staff that has a terrific attitude. I also want to commend Sarah Lewis. She absolutely sets a terrific example and culture for everyone there.

I very much miss seeing my dog, Kevin, included in the Foundation Friday treat video every week. I would share the video with my whole family and it was a way for us to all get excited about the donations and all the dogs receiving treats. I donate to give him a treat when he is there but because he isn’t in the video, I no longer feel confident he gets it. It’s difficult for me keep justifying the money without the video.

I am also extremely disappointed in the lack of connection in general with the pet parents. We used to get birthday pictures, report cards and more and that is no longer happening.

We used to brag about Dogtopia to everyone because of all the extra special touches but now we don’t due to these elements no longer happening.

Kevin still loves going so we do recommend once and a while but only if the people are actively looking. Given the decline in pet parent relationship management, we no longer boast about Dogtopia the same way.
