Everything! Every time I bring my dog in they’re so excited to see him. Everyone there really loves all the dogs and it makes me feel confident that they will take and do take great care of my dog.

We owners all adore our dogs, many of whom are rescues and emotionally needy in different ways. I worry about a couple things, that might be hard to address in your current building.
1). I wish there was an outdoor place to toilet them, or even a special area. Instead, they just go at will, which can interfere with toilet training.
2). I’ve been told no one is at the facility overnight. I do board our dog, and that seems a bit neglectful to me. Aren’t there dogs who need medicine, or might be crazed the first couple times? Would it really be that expensive?
3). I don’t see free or easy access to,water. I’m sure it cuts down on cleanups. Do they get water during the two house lunch break? I would hop so.
Anyway, great job from the staff, thanks for keeping the place so spotless, too.

While on vacation I set up my pup Cash to attend Dogtopia Evanston for the first time. The staff made drop offs with my family member easy, and did a great job keeping us informed.
It felt great to have peace of mind that he was safe and having fun while I was gone.

I luv all the personal attention that is given to my dog and the lovely people that work @ dogtopia! All the personnel are professional, courteous and helpful when attending to the needs of my dog, Woof Bear.
Instead of not wanting to attend daycare he scratches the door to get inside daycare and be with all of his friends!
